Something bad has happened. Since our internet got fixed (got fixed? That sounded raawwwther Southern ...), I have discovered something the rest of the world has known about for a while. Something wonderful, something informative ... I am so happy!

YOU TUBE!! Did you know they have cooking videos? I haven't had Food Network since we moved out here, and I can watch Alton Brown for the first time in almost 2 years!! My new favorite that I stumbled on is Cooking Up a Story. Love it!
And now, seeing how the baby is asleep, and the kids are outside with John cutting things down with machetes and the newly fixed chainsaw, I am going to watch and learn about artisan cheeses!!!
I am just so very happy!!!

Hi I came over from Candi's blog to see if you did the tag yet:) ...LOL sorry thanks for being a good sport. I really like your blog , your thoughts, and yes cooking things on you tube too... they are great. Hope you don't mind me coming. I use to be with you all on PH too. Your kids seem so sweet.
